The property consists of four stone agricultural barns situated on a wooded one-acre site within the Pembrokeshire National Coast Park. The site spans approximately one acre and is located near Pembroke, three miles north, which offers good transport links to Cardiff, Bristol, and London. The barns are to be restored with planning permission to create three homes, each with a unique character and design.

Barn One and Three will be two-bedroom homes, while Barn Two will have three bedrooms. The design aims to maintain the barns' original stone features, using a light-touch approach, and incorporates natural materials and locally sourced finishes. The site plans to keep the barns' stone walls, using lime and timber for restoration, and will include new planting and landscape design to complement the existing features.
