Hill View Meadow is a large open and sunny meadow with expansive views across to Cordon Hill, Mucklewick Hill, and The Rowls. The meadow is easily accessed along a recently refurbished track and offers a large parking space at its lower end, allowing exploration of the entire area. The meadow features numerous wildflowers, attracting various insects and butterflies, and provides a habitat for abundant birdlife, including Curlews and Kites.

The meadow is a well-drained area with potential for planting, including broadleaf and commercial trees, which could be developed into a diverse natural woodland.
