Land

The property consists of two separate blocks of land and one whole block located within the Lake District National Park. The land extends to a total of 162.12 acres (65.61 hectares) and is situated approximately four miles from Windermere and Kendal. The land has good access and benefits from spectacular views towards the Winster Valley and Lakeland Fells.

It is ring-fenced with a combination of dry-stone walls and stock fencing, and the terrain gently slopes upwards from the road entrance. The land is divided into three parcels, each with its own unique characteristics and features, including mature trees, shrub cover, heather and bilberry patches, and rocky outcrops. The property includes species-rich grassland and scrub, supporting a rich mosaic of habitats with high biodiversity value and nature interest.
