The proposed redevelopment of 8-10 Upper King Street involves restoring and repurposing a Grade II Listed Victorian terrace to create a mixed-use development. The building will feature two self-contained office suites at ground floor level, each with its own entrance, and four residential apartments on the first and second floors, including two spacious two-bedroom apartments and two generous one-bedroom apartments. The rear of the site consists of a detached three-storey building, which could be retained as a single residential dwelling or converted to provide two or three studio apartments, subject to detailed design considerations.

The redevelopment will also involve removing a flat roof structure to create a landscaped courtyard amenity space.
