Harley Meadow consists of a nearly three-part site, including an open meadow, an ancient woodland, and a large pond, all located within the High Weald National Landscape. The meadow features a mix of mature and newly planted vegetation, including hawthorn, willow, and alder trees, creating an area that will evolve over time. The woodland is dominated by mature hornbeam trees, with a mix of other species, and supports a carpet of bluebells in season.

A gentle stream runs along the woodland boundary and feeds the pond, which covers nearly half an acre and offers opportunities for swimming and other water-based activities.
