Land

The property, known as Haydon Farm Land, consists of approximately 656 acres of gently rolling, productive land with a mixture of arable land, rolling downland, and woodland. The land is predominantly Grade 3, with freely draining lime-rich loamy soils, and is capable of growing both grass and arable crops. The downland covers around 137 acres and is home to a variety of flora and fauna, including orchids, butterflies, and birds.

The property also features several attractive woodland plantations, totaling around 18 acres, and several stands of trees, including evergreen Holm Oaks. The land's topography has allowed for a first-class shoot, with challenging and sporting birds, and also features grouse butts and deer stalking areas. The property has farm buildings, including a 5-bay steel-framed Cattle Barn with concrete panelled and corrugate sides.
