A redevelopment project of a redundant farmyard in the South Downs National Park has secured planning permission to create seven residential dwellings. The existing farm buildings, comprising a grain store, pig shed, and chicken shed, will be reused and modified for the new scheme. The proposal involves designing homes that replicate the original farmstead layout while maintaining a rural character.

The building types include a "Barn" with six dwellings and a detached "farmhouse". The dwellings have varying features, such as access to private external gardens, private winter gardens, and private courtyards.
