Land

The property at Shatton extends to 122.94 acres of pasture, rising from 220 to 380 meters above sea level, with a farm track and Byway Open to All Traffic running to the highest point. Lot 1 comprises 101.39 acres of ring-fenced pasture, regularly grazed by livestock, while Lot 2 offers 21.55 acres of arable land that slopes to the south, subdivided into two separate access lots. The land is bounded by hedgerows, dry stone walling, and post-and-wire fencing, and can be mowed and grazed.

A public footpath runs north to south through the land, which rises to a height of 250 meters and includes a small parcel of woodland on the western boundary.
