The Great Gransden Farms are situated in rural Cambridgeshire, approximately 7 miles from St Neots and 15 miles from Cambridge. The farm spans 469.98 acres (404.19 acres of arable land, with the balance of grassland, woodland, and buildings) and is located near the village of Great Gransden. The land is classified as Grade 2 and is suitable for growing high-yielding conventional cereal crops.

The farm has good access via a farm track and public highway, and there are potential opportunities for change of use in some of the outlying fields, subject to planning permission. The farm's buildings include a 300 tonne grain store and a general purpose building, with some third-party arrangements in place for straw storage.
