Land

The property is a 134-acre shooting estate located in the Frome Valley in Somerset. The land features a mix of parkland and sloping permanent pasture, level arable land on the valley tops, and fertile level river meadows flanking the River Frome. The estate includes approximately 30 acres of level river meadow, 30 acres of gently sloping pasture parkland, and 30 acres of level and gently sloping arable land.

There are also approximately 25 acres of woodland planted in strategic positions. The River Frome runs through the estate for 1.2 miles, providing 750m of double bank and 1,200m of single bank fishing rights. The estate includes four purpose-made flight ponds and a natural pond, as well as mixed broadleaf and conifer plantations planted in the early 2000s.

The land rises from 50m to 80m above sea level and features a tarmac drive and post and rail fence-lined entrance drive. The estate has access to mains water and mains electricity.
