The yearly pitch fee includes water and drainage, grounds maintenance, street lighting, CCTV, waste management, business rates tax, and WIFI, but does not include electric or LPG, which are metered and billed quarterly.
The park is closed from January 13th to February 1st, and the lodges cannot be used as a main residence.
