The property is split into two main areas, with a total of 37.34 acres of land. The westerly land, 9.079 acres, is surfaced and was previously used as a drift mine and processing facility. It features a rail siding and access via a single-track road from the A465 and from the McDonalds Roundabout.

The easterly land, 21.75 acres, is gently sloping grazing land and grass pasture, historically used for agriculture and livestock. Both areas have separate access roads.
