Land

The Land at Nupend Farm is a 79.54-acre block of arable land, mainly flat and extensively farmed as Winter Wheat. The land is divided into three parcels: Lot 1 (Nupend Godsalls, 11.75 acres), Lot 2 (Nupend Stony Field, 31.71 acres), and Lot 3 (Nupend Roadside, 36.08 acres). The land is classified as Grade 1, 2, and 3 soils, with Grade 1 soils being the most dominant.

The soil type is described as slightly acid loamy and clayey. The land includes about 5 acres of woodland in Lot 3, which is part of a Woodland Management Plan, and a stream runs along the northern boundary of Lot 3.
