The property is a 25.18-acre woodland and pasture land with 6.6 acres of wooded area, including a streamside walk trail and landscape viewing spots. The land comprises level and gently sloping grassland, suitable for livestock grazing, grass silage, and hay making, and would be suitable for equestrian uses or as a smallholding.
