The property site is located on Bromborough Village Road, approximately 7 miles south of Birkenhead and 12 miles north of Chester. The site is zoned for residential use, but currently includes a main police station, a separate property store, and two occupied office houses. The main station is a two-storey brick building with a pitched tiled roof, while the property store is a garage block with brick walls, a double pitched tile roof, and a metal sheet roof extension.

The two detached houses, used as offices, are traditional two-storey brick structures with pitched tiled roofs. Externally, the site features two surface car parks, one at the front and one between the main building and the property store.
