Land

The property consists of approximately 40 acres of land, arranged over three fields with natural Devon hedgerow boundaries and mature trees. The land is predominantly level with some gently sloping, south-facing areas. There are two entrances along the A3079, providing access to all three fields.

An internal lane from the main entrance leads to a 3-bay, open-fronted barn, and a smaller pole barn is located near the second entrance. The landscape is characterized by mature hedging, Devon bank, and a mixture of native mature trees, with a stream separating the largest field from the lower field.
