Kirnan Wood is a second-rotation conifer woodland situated in the heart of Argyll, approximately 7 miles north of Lochgilphead. The woodland covers an attractive elevated position with westerly views across Loch Craignish. It has strong long-term commercial investment potential, with 80% of the land planted with productive conifers, including Sitka spruce, Norway spruce, and Scots pine.

The principal species, Sitka spruce, has shown excellent growth rates, with yield classes of 24 and above in the most fertile areas. A smaller section of the woodland features an area of ancient Sessile Oak trees, along with mature Rowan, Hazel, and occasional Beech, enhancing biodiversity and ecological value. A telecoms mast at the northeast end of the property generates an annual income of £1,000.
