Description
The property is a 66.62-acre woodland situated north of Guisborough, with a ring fence block just south of the village of Wilton. The woodland has continuous cover, with the exception of a small grassland area, and is dominated by Larch, Ash, and Scots Pine trees. The site has good road access via Wilton Lane to the A174, which is two miles to the north.
The woodland ascends to the west, with a terrain varying between approximately 115m and 160m above sea level. There is a bridleway along the western boundary and a former fan house to the west, but it does not form part of the ownership. The woodland has open countryside and grassland to the east and south.
