Description
Coed Llyfnant is a unique wet woodland located just south of Snowdonia National Park. The property features dense, scrubby tree growth predominantly of willow, alder, and birch, with occasional clearings filled with rush. A grassy track runs along the eastern boundary, offering a right of way over a shared track with neighboring woodlands.
The land rises to higher ground in various areas, with some remnants of field boundaries featured as raised banks and gnarled trees. The woodland is home to a variety of wildlife, including trees such as poplar, birch, oak, rowan, and hawthorn, as well as a small pond in the north-western sector.
