Land

The property is a 38.55-acre arable field (Lot 3) located to the north of Lathones Farm, situated in an area of Fife known for its fertile land and suitable for intensive arable production or livestock enterprises. The land is about 38.55 acres, broken up into one enclosure, and has an easterly aspect with a slight incline from approximately 160m to 185m above sea level. It is primarily down to arable ground with some smaller areas of pasture and grazing, and has been designated as Grade 3.2 by the James Hutton Institute.

The land is part of the Strathmore and Fife Nitrate Vulnerable Zone and is registered for IACS purposes.
